Modern Slavery Statement
STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE UK SOLERA GROUP COMPANIES ABOUT OUR COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT ETHICAL WORKING PRACTICES
Through its UK Group companies (Audatex UK, HPI, CAP , Autodata, Valexa, Carweb, Hollander and ADW Veyron), Solera provides a range of digital technologies to manage risk and assets for the automotive and insurance sectors.
The digital and data services that we provide are developed and delivered by our group employees, and the development and delivery of these services require technically proficient and qualified personnel.
A primary component of these services is automotive and related data, and this data is generally made available to us by owners or authorized users of the data, including the Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency, vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies and recognised repair companies (collectively, the “Data Suppliers”). Given the nature of our business and supply chain, we assess the risk of modern slavery as relatively low. Nevertheless, we seek to work with reputable suppliers, including Data Suppliers, and continue to review opportunities to strengthen our supplier due diligence and ethical procurement processes and to align our corporate values and ethics with those of our suppliers.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.
